Terms of Service

Payment and Refunds
I accept payments after both you and I as a client/artist agree upon a sketch or sketches for your piece(s).
Payments are to be made in full and I will not show progress after the approved sketch/loose phase until payment is received.I do take payment plans for any commission over $100 USD and the finished pieces will not be released until the amount is paid in full.Refunds will only be given if I have NOT completed a piece and you feel we as client/artist aren't working well together or in case of emergency (medical, vehicle, family emergencies, etc.)I am not responsible for something going unnoticed throughout each phase of art and just noticed in the finished piece.
For major edits, I have the right to charge what I see fit for changes agreed upon.I reserve the right to refuse service and terminate the commission at any time after giving a full refund before the piece is finished.
This is on rare cases that things get sour.
This means I also reserve the right to not make a client/artist relationship beforehand.My prices are eligible to change at any time but will not affect any current commissions I have in my queue.

Time Frames and Updates
Please allow plenty of time for commissions to be finished.*Time frame for normal commissions is about 1-2 weeks at most.On complicated pieces, please give up to 1-2 month.
Any hiccups or delays outside of my control will be brought up as soon as possible with clients.If a client does not send me feedback on piece after a month or two months of me trying to get in touch, I reserve the right to take that money as a donation in extreme cases.I am busy during major holidays as well as my own personal days which will be discussed with the client if need be!

Contacting Me/Stages of Work
I try to keep in contact with the client in the same way they messaged me unless I have asked to discuss their piece on Discord or Bluesky to make things easier for both myself and the client.I usually work in stages as needed for any pieces and will ask if there is ANY changes needed between each phase:
-Sketch/Loose Phase
-Lines
-Flat Coloring
-Shading/Lighting/Ambience
-FinalizationIF ANY EDITS ARE NEEDED AFTER THE COLORING/SHADING PHASE, I CANNOT GUARANTEE INTEGRITY OF THE PICTURE AND WILL CHARGE $5 (OR MORE) FOR MAJOR EDITS!!!!
These include, changes to the line art (changes in pose, anatomy, etc.)

Rights and Permissions
You may repost your piece as long as you are the owner of at least one major character in the piece with proper credit to me, as the artist.
Do NOT edit or sell the art or run my art through any AI.If you want to make your own edits, please ask, I am generally understanding as long as you ask.For tattoo designs, as soon as I finish the piece, it is YOUR design.
I'd love to see the finished work!NO OTHER TOS WILL OVERRIDE MINE FOR MY COMMISSIONS

I will reserve the right to refuse something if I am not comfortable with the commission, and I will let you know before you pay if I am not ok with it.This list can be used as a guideline, but is not limited to this.I will NOT draw-
Character/Media Character Species such as Pokemon/Digimon in lewd ways or as personal reference sheet.
Characters inspired by these are okay as long as I see enough changes to discern the original character as their own entity.Characters that are underage in NSFW situations or pictures that can be perceived as heavily fetishized. (This includes baby forms of Digimon, Pokemon or "Aged-Up" versions of underaged characters.)
Celebrities/Internet Content Creators/Real People in NSFW situations or pictures that can be perceived as heavily fetishized, without their consent/permission. (aka, Game Grumps, Jontron, Dodger, etc) unless contacted by them or an approved affiliate.)
PNGTubers or VTubers in NSFW situations or pictures that can be perceived as heavily fetishized, without their consent/permission.
